It seems, with respect to COVID, the term “conspiracy theory” could easily be interchanged with “spoiler alert.” This is just a shortlist. There are so many more “conspiracy theories” that ended up being true. The term “conspiracy theory” was initially used by the CIA to shut down those who doubted the official line about the murder of John F. Kennedy. But it turns out that what authorities deem to be “conspiracy theories” actually end up being true more often than they would like to admit.
