Milk from cows has been touted as making our bones stronger, and preventing conditions like osteoporosis. It turns out that it’s the complete opposite, that milk causes bone degeneration by leeching calcium from the bone.
From a large Swedish study: “High milk intake was associated with higher mortality in one cohort of women and in another cohort of men, and with higher fracture incidence in women.”

(If you are not up with the laterst technology, Siri (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siri) and Alexa (Amazon https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon_Alexa) are voice recognition software. Google collect data on user searches and Facebook are known to listen in to people’s conversations and private messages.)
