Before you eat them, soak your cashew for 3 hours to remove the enzyme blockers. Only soak what you will eat in a day or so and keep them refrigerated as activated (soaked) nuts go off quickly.
Also soak almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, peanuts, pine nuts and walnuts but for 8 hours.
Soaking your nuts before eating them will deliver up to 200 times more nutrition to the body.
You do not need to soak Brazils, macadamia nuts or pistachios.
