Glutathione and Melatonin

As a Biologist, I push back on Reductionism at every turn and put that Reductionism in-context, because Reductionism is at the root of both propaganda and manipulation around our Biology and it’s exactly how the Medical SysDumb has taken over Public Health to destroy it.

Our Biology is synergistic and complex. When we over-analyze one component within us, we unknowingly GASLIGHT the other things going on at the same time. Yes, we can also breakdown the one single element of millions and talk about it. And yes, one single compound can be a problematic at a certain dose-size for us, but CONTEXT IS KING in the relations how compounds are used, how compounds interact in us and then, how the frequencies and signaling systems orchestrate how the compounds can behave for what cycles are happening and when those cycles are happening in addition to the resources available to cells and organelles and how much integrity each one has as well as their defenses.

Knowing what I know, I did a Cross-section comparison of Melatonin with Glutathione. Of course, both lower oxidative stress and the potential for acute or chronic inflammation. But CONTEXT MATTERS as well as how easily a Free-Radical SCAVENGER actually can SCAVENGE. Glutathione is one of many, many antioxidants. I don’t need to explain much here other than the design and function of the compound matters greatly when looking at specific antioxidants. One statistic you may want to keep in your brain is that Melatonin is far more powerful than Vitamin C by a factor of 20x or even more in some study comparisons. Another piece of context about melatonin is that is gets into EVERY CELL in the body, every organ. This gives a huge advantage, doesn’t it?

And both IN CONTEXT and in SYNERGY, melatonin is extremely good at ENHANCING glutathione so it works better. When people are talking about Tylenol and Glutathione REDUCTIONISTICALLY, here is why I pull out my hair. It’s not very truthful in what’s actually going on in the biology. Conditions matter in any given moment. I want to repeat this again. CONDITIONS MATTER. Let me nutshell this in an very easy-to-understand context:

1. Child sleeps next to wifi router all night
2. Child gets a Vx at the industry-paid-off-doctor
= More oxidative stress and damage potential as a result
= BBB is more leaky, more VX crap getting into brain

1. Child misses sunlight for the day, less melatonin creation
2. Child gets some Children Tylenol before bed
3. Child gets crappy sleep and wakes up several times
= Child doesn’t make as much melatonin
= More oxidative stress and damage potential as a result

1. Child consumed high acrylamide eating McD’s Fench fries
2. Child suppresses melatonin by playing evening video games
3. Child talks to mom on cell phone for 30mins before sleep
4. Child sleeps in bed with streetlights coming into room
= Child gets crappy and doesn’t make as much melatonin
= Child directly reduces glutathione with acrylamide
= More oxidative stress and damage potential as a result

Now….
1. Child misses sunlight for the day, less melatonin creation
2. Child gets a Vx at the industry-paid-off-doctor
3. Child didn’t ground to the earth that day (+inflammation)
4. Child is has some dehydration going on (+inflammation)
5. Child has epigenetic SNPs with methylation pathways
6. Child doesn’t feel safe or was bullied (+stress/inflammation)
7. Child consumed high acrylamide eating McD’s Fench fries
8. Child experiences harsh artificial lighting in the day
9. Child suppresses melatonin by playing evening video games
10. Child talks to mom on cell phone for 30mins before sleep
11. Child gets some Children Tylenol before bed
12. Child sleeps by a wall with mold (mycotoxins) nearby
13. Child sleeps in bed with streetlights coming into room
14. Child sleeps next to wifi router all night
15. Child sleeps next to wires in walls for nnEMF exposures
16. Child sleeps in closer proximity to a Smart Meter
= ++++ oxidative stress and damage potential as a result

^^^^ HERE WE HAVE THE PROBLEM and misalignment about how our BIOLOGY IS DESIGNED versus how our MODERN LIVES are not compatible with our cell-processes and cell-cycles. I stopped at 16 points, but could have gone past 100 because of our modern lifestyles. What % of parents to you think are somewhat naïve and oblivious to what I just wrote? Now you start to see some larger problems emerge when adding this up SYNERGISTICALLY. It’s not just about our internal environments,… out external world matters as well (bad lighting, nnEMF, mycotoxins, etc.).

Here is why NATURE matters as well if we LACK IT. We need baseline sun, grounding (touching the earth), clean and hydrating water sources, and clean and hydrating food sources. All of this is playing out in us 24/7 365 CONDITIONALLY.

Let’s nutshell this down even more:

1. “Get crappy sleep, melatonin falls off a cliff, the body’s defenses are taken down.”

2. “Get crappy sleep and take something like Tylenol or a higher Acrylamide source to deplete glutathione AT THE SAME TIME, and watch your body’s defenses taken down even more.”

3. Get crappy sleep and deplete your glutathione, when also exposing yourself to nnEMF and not getting enough Nature, expect your inflammation to fly upwards.

4. Get crappy sleep and deplete your glutathione, when also exposing yourself to nnEMF and not enough Nature, and then YOU GET VXXXX’ED UP, expect a whole lotta hurt. Why? Because your gut tight junctions are probably loose, your brain’s tight junctions are probably loose, so all of the CRAPPY TOXINS FROM INDUSTRY are entering into places they do not belong, since your defenses are lowered.

Will doctors tell you any of this or test for any of this? No sir. No ma’am. Here is why YOU NEED TO BE YOUR OWN DOCTOR and take CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN HEALTH and do right by your children to jump down every Health-related Rabbit Hole you can find to EDUCATE YOURSELF because no one is gonna do it for you. Public Health is literally a joke. Science is corrupt. Here is why the Crunchy Health community exists because everything is broken around us.
