- Slow down your breathing. 100 years ago the average was 6- 8 breaths a minute. Today it is closer to 20. Tongue at the roof of the mouth, 6 seconds in and 6-8 seconds out.
- To go to sleep at night do 4, 7, 8 . In for 4, hold for 7, breathe out for 8 seconds.
- To increase energy do bellows breath. Breathe in an out rapidly while moving the arms up and down.
The less breaths you take the less energy you use, the less you eat.
