Saw a video where Kevin says there are three key factors for keeping your mental faculties as you age.
1. Hyperoxygenation – at least 3 times a week. From exercise. Look up HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training.)
2. Learning – it creates new connections in the brain, a case of use it or lose it.
3. Social interaction – we are social creatures.
The last is more important than the first two combined.
As this matches with data I have seen elsewhere I thought to share it again with you.
