Criminal negligence on the part of both state and feral, sorry, federal governments.
When the state has been in drought fo so long, to cut fire funding by tens of millions of dollare (while in the same budget spending $2b on a stadium) leading to such widespread destruction of property and tragic loss of life is at best gross mismanagement and at worst criminal negligence resulting in death. The charge should be manslaughter by incompetence or malfeasance.
We deserve better governance than this!
