I have been reading down the rabbit hole for a couple of decades now and for the last three years writing what I have observed and predicted about the current scene and have amassed a ton of material. And listed things we can all do easily and should be helping others accomplish, like:

Improve your diet and lifestyle to boost your immune system and reduce pharma profits (stop funding the enemy!)
Eat more organic, locally grown food sourced from the farmer or small vendor.
Borrow less.
Don’t buy what you don’t need.
Pay down your debt.
Use cash rather than plastic or direct transfer as much as you can.
Buy craft type presents rather than plastic gee gaws.
Build up to a 1 then 3 then 6 month supply of food (and loo paper) in your pantry.
Increase your skill set and raise your competence in survival skills.
Each week, practice some form of creativity – writing, painting, drawing, playing an instrument, cooking, gardening, sculpting, origami, building, write a computer program etc.
Each day, take a walk and look at things. (Closest thing to a cure all therapy.)
Seek and build a group of like minded people.

But having continued to observe what can only be accurately summarized as the planned destruction of our food supply, lifestyle and freedoms let alone our lives, it occurs to me that we need to up our level of preparedness in order to better our chances of surviving their attack.

1. Phillip Day says if the ratio of cooked to raw food is greater than 1:1 then the body starts to treat the cooked food as a poison. The body manufactures antibodies to defend against it.

2. Dr Howell says, “enzymes are used up faster during certain illnesses, during extremely hot or cold weather, and during strenuous exercise. Also, keep in mind that any enzymes that are taken are not wasted since they add to the enzyme pool of your body. Furthermore, as we pass our prime, the amount of enzymes in our bodies and excreted in our sweat and urine continues to decline until we die. In fact, low enzyme levels are associated with old age and chronic disease. So far, there’s not much hard evidence on whether taking additional enzymes will extend the lifespan. However, we do know that laboratory rats that eat raw foods will live about 3 years. Rats that eat enzymeless chow diets will live only 2 years. Thus, we see that diets deficient in enzymes cause a 30% reduction in lifespan. I am an ID physician but still keep up on vaccine work since many of my long-time friends are still working in that area. The minute the vaccines were available, I thought they may have some limited use in people with several comorbidities and I was taken aback by the push by all governments worldwide to force people to take them under the guise that it would stop the pandemic. BTW, I was also skeptical that this was a pandemic since many of the patients we had that had adverse outcomes were patients that many of us felt would have similar outcomes with a bad flu. Anyway, our facility finally came around to mandating the vaccines on all staff especially staff that directly worked with patients. I lawyered up pretty fast because they could not answer basic questions about the vaccines. I spent over 20K but won and remained unvaccinated and working. What I do know now is that this was either 1) a money-making scheme by all governments, 2) or something else entirely. But when I saw patients who were vaccinated and boosted coming back in with COVID-19 at 90 days post-vaccination, I knew there were problems. One of our OBGYN physicians was about 7 months pregnant and she was coerced to get vaccinated she miscarried and the autopsy showed blood clots in the brain of the baby. She was devastated. I know that something is wrong but too many of my friends and colleagues are afraid to stand up since we have only one hospital in our city and their practices need to have privileges.

For whatever reason for the push to vaccinate. People need to pay for what has been done in the name of health care. We all deserve to lose the trust of our patients because too many of us did nothing and sat on the sidelines. I spoke up early and often and I lost my position on our MEC, and was disinvited from committees that I had been on for over 10 years. Further, my senior partner implied that I did not want to look like I was not a “team” player to the leadership at the facility.
