Switch Off The News
This is so unbelievably true that you have to experience it to fully appreciate it. I never watch the news but the two others in the household do. I walked through the lounge last night and learned of two Rotties killing a baby in a pram, an Aussie on holidays in the South Pacific being killed by a shark and two thugs beating a guy to death over him selling fake headphones!
0. For starters, all you do from television is you inflow sound and images, you outflow nothing. So it is a hypnotic tool. You are better off doing something.
1. What is on the news is all designed to make you feel bad, lower your morale and your perception of your cause level so you are easier to manipulate and control,
2. The “news” is a complete skewing of data, showing you only the negatives, not positives,
3. It is a distraction, taking your attention away from the important items of news that it does not show, like the number of excess deaths since the jab rollout,
4. When it does cover important data like the Ukraine proxy war by the US against Russia it is mostly lies!
So switch it off and spend more time on your family or hobbies!

At one point during a game, the coach called one of his 9-year-old baseball players aside and asked, “Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?”
“Yes, coach”, replied the little boy.
The coach continued, “Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose together as a team?”

“So,” the coach continued, “I’m sure you know, when an out is called, you shouldn’t argue, curse the umpire, or call him an asshole. Do you understand all that?”

The coach continued, “And when I take you out of the game so that another boy gets a chance to play, it’s not a dumb-ass decision or that the coach is a shithead is it?”
“No, coach.”
“Good”, said the coach. “Now go over there and explain all that to your grandmother.”
