Exercise Protects Against Heart Disease by Lowering Stress

exercise lowering stress

  • A reduction in stress-related brain activity may be behind some of exercise’s heart health benefits
  • People with higher levels of physical activity had lower stress-related activity in the brain and a 23% lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease compared to those who didn’t exercise regularly
  • Stress signals in the brain are linked to inflammation, hardening or thickening of the arteries, increased blood pressure and higher sympathetic nervous system activity
  • Exercise was about twice as effective in lowering cardiovascular disease risk among people with depression
  • If you’re middle-aged or beyond, focus on fun, social and moderate-intensity exercise; too much vigorous exercise can backfire

Herpes and Citrus

Tom’s log, 1st June 2024. Just had a conversation with an MLO (Medical Liaison Officer) on the ship I am on in the Caribbean. He comes to take our temperature every morning to make sure nobody has come down with something for which we should be isolated.

A few days back he asked for a sample of my NutriBlast. Today he told me he had a bad herpes reaction to it. Apparently he gets it whenever he has fresh citrus. Now I obviously don’t have any fresh citrus in my powders but I do have some citrus pectin and pineapple powder, so that may have triggered it.

What he told me next was even more interesting. He and every person he has told this to has cleared up their herpes reaction with four capsules of L-Lysine. Suggested to him by an Israeli doctor who visited the ship some time back.

Methylene Blue Prevents And Reverses Prion Disease, Amyloid and Rubbery Clot Formation, Binds Hydrogel Polymers, Dissolves Nanotech Building Blocks

(Tom: Since 70% of embalmers report white fibrous clots in the veins of the deceased after being vaccinated, and I have seen one report that analyzed them and found they were composed of

Fibrin (blood clotting protein)
Platelets
Amyloid protein

then that makes this potentially one of the most important posts I have made.)

In the last few substacks I have been talking about prion like proteins, Amyloid like polymers, how they are used in Nanotechnology and the relationship to the C19 bioweapon. This is to explain the recent research findings by Dr. Diana Wojtkowiak that she did on the deceased…

Dr Lee Merritt on Parasites

“Doctors around the world are showing that cancer is intracellular parasites.

If you look at cancer under a light microscope, its essentially indistinguishable from parasite egg sacs.

If cancer were simply treated with a parasite cleanse, the multi-billion dollar Cancer industry would cease to exist.

They can’t have that.”

Dr Lee Merritt

(Tom: Perhaps explains why some doctors are having remarkable success treating cancer with Ivermectin, and yet another reason why some wanted it banned.)

Macronutrients – Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates

Macronutrients

(Tom: An excellent article with great data describing each and sharing my view that you need to find what combination works best for YOUR body!)

  • Macronutrients are the primary components of your diet that give you energy; they consist of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, each of which serves unique functions in your body
  • Proteins are essential for building and repairing tissues, including muscles and organs; they also play crucial roles in the functioning of enzymes, hormones and immune system components
  • Fats are a dense source of energy and play a role in hormone production and the regulation of body temperature, while acting as a key component of cells and tissues
  • Carbohydrates, which include simple sugars and complex carbohydrates, are one of the primary sources of energy for your body
  • Optimal health is an ongoing journey and you must listen to your body to determine the best macronutrient ratio for you

Lyme Disease – Diagnosis and Treatment

Lyme Disease Bullseye Rash

  • The prevalence of Lyme disease was reported to be 70% higher in 2022 than the annual U.S. average from 2017 to 2019, primarily due to changes in case reporting standards in high-incidence jurisdictions. High-incidence areas now report Lyme disease cases based on laboratory evidence alone, potentially inflating statistics due to eliminated requirements for clinical data
  • Early symptoms of Lyme disease include a distinctive “bulls eye” rash, fatigue, and fever, progressing to more severe neurological and arthritic symptoms in later stages
  • Diagnosing and treating Lyme disease is a complex affair, made even more complicated due to the frequent existence of co-infections
  • Holistic specialists may integrate antibiotic therapy with dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and natural remedies to manage and treat Lyme disease
  • Effective prevention includes avoiding tick habitats, using protective clothing, and using safe insect repellents like oil of lemon eucalyptus

Go nuts about nuts to help keep cancer at bay

Seeds And Nuts

2023 review published in the journal Foods, found mounting evidence that a nut-rich diet can potentially prevent numerous chronic illnesses.

According to the report, “The ingestion of phytochemicals from nuts and their positive influence on several diseases (cancer, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, birth defects, cataracts, diabetes, diverticulosis, and obesity) are established.”

In addition to the improvement of cardiovascular disease, depression, and cognitive function, nut consumption is correlated with lower cancer incidence and cancer mortality, and decreased all-cause mortality, states a 2021 review.
