Tom's Blog on Life and Livingness
But sugar is, I am told, 8 times more addictive than cocaine!
As a result of it being addictive, the natural tendency is to want more and more of our calorie intake to taste like dessert! This is deadly because sugar contains next to no nutrition.
A healthy diet is about giving the body the nourishment it needs to keep it energised & functions optimally. This is my purpose with Healthelicious. To so thoroughly nourish a body
So for every mouthful of dessert you eat you should be looking to boost your intake of super nutrients.
In a perfect diet the calorie intake would be matched with the nutrient requirements – the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients.
Most people get too few nutrients for their calorie intake. So the body says, “That’s great! Thanks for the calories. WHERE’S THE NUTRITION?! Keep eating!”
So, more and more people are becoming overweight or obese AND malnourished.
(Tom: I received this from a client. Please make your own investigations.)
My husband was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as the hospital is planning to set up a database of its patients and he knows some of the doctors quite well. The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are not willing to take PANADOL/ PARACETAMOL.
In fact, they will turn to herbal medicine or find other alternatives. This is because Panadol is toxic to the body, and it harms the liver. According to the doctor, Panadol will remain in the body for at least 5 years.
And according to the doctor, there was an air-hostess who consumed lots of Panadol as she needed to stand all the time and work under lots of pressure. She’s now in her early 30’s, and she is undergoing kidney cleaning (DIALYSIS) every month.
Whenever we have a headache, that’s because it is due to the electron / Ion imbalance in the brain.
An alternative solution to cope with this matter is to drink lots of water.
Another method will be to submerge your feet in a basin of warm water so that it brings the blood pressure down from your throbbing head.
As Panadol is a pain killer, the morePanadol you take, the lower would be your threshold for pain (your endurance level for pain). We all will fall ill as we age.
Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a substantial amount of Panadol (painkiller), when you need to have a surgery or operation, you will need a much higher amount of general anaesthesia.
If you have a very high intake of Panadol throughout your life (for migraine, menstrual cramps etc) it is very likely that normal general anaesthetics will have no effects on you as your body is pumped / full with
Panadol and your body is so used to painkillers that you would need a much stronger painkiller, like morphine?
The thought is scary enough to turn me to herbal medicine or other healthier alternatives. Value your health, value your life, THINK TWICE before you easily pop that familiar pill into your mouth again.
Please don’t take PANADOL always.

The person who posted wrote: This ballet performance really filled me with the spirit of youth and adventure, which was just what I needed today! Based on the 1940s novel, Zorba The Greek is a ballet that tells the story of a young intellectual who escapes his life of dry books by meeting the charismatic and mysterious old man, Alexis Zorba. You can really see what it means to that erstwhile bored student to finally experience the world in all its glory. The way the tune builds up here is quite mesmerizing and very exciting to listen to.

Dr Mercola writes:
It’s not just another supplement; it’s a powerful agent that can both ‘accept and donate’ electrons – and treat everything from mental health disorders to acute medical emergencies. Clinical trials have even reported an astounding eighty percent reversal of Alzheimer’s symptoms.
Few substances have captured my attention as profoundly as methylene blue. Earlier this year, I engaged in an in-depth discussion with Georgi Dinkov, a respected expert in metabolic health, who shed light on the multifaceted benefits of this remarkable compound.
Methylene blue, a quinone-like molecule, is not just another supplement; it’s a powerful agent that can play an important role in cellular metabolism. By accepting and donating electrons, methylene blue enhances mitochondrial function, addressing issues like reductive stress that are often overlooked in conventional medicine.
This conversation with Dinkov highlights methylene blue’s role in reaching optimal health and treating a myriad of conditions, ranging from mental health disorders to acute medical emergencies.
