Since biblical times, dates were to believed to possess profound healing properties, but only now is science catching up to confirm our distant ancestors knew exactly what they were talking about.
Evidence is accumulating that hypersensitivity to electromagnetic fields can cause high blood sugar
Despite claims that electromagnetic fields are safe and that the radiation emitted from cellphones and other gadgets isn’t a threat to human health, studies are showing that the risks are real.
A growing body of evidence shows that there may be an unseen cause of high blood sugar: Electromagnetic radiation. And for people with diabetes, exposure to this invisible threat can be an even bigger problem.
The eletrosensitivity described by Dr. Havas was originally described as “radio wave sickness” in the 1970s. Symptoms occur or worsen with exposure to cellphone towers, smart meters and other devices that emit electromagnetic radiation.
Magda Havas, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Environmental and Resource Studies at Trent University, has published peer-reviewed research in the journla Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine on this most alarming phenomenon. Dr. Havas presents multiple case studies showing that electromagnetic radiation [EMR] can cause a spike in blood glucose levels.
Across the board, Dr. Havas found evidence of what she called people who were “electrosensitive.” In all cases, installation of electrical filters reduced the subjects’ need for insulin. In one case, the 81-year-old woman was able to reduce her insulin use by 75 percent — just from installing an electrical filter.
While high blood pressure is undoubtedly a major health concern, it is not the only consequence of electromagnetic radiation exposure. Research has repeatedly demonstrated that exposure to EMR can have an array of ill effects on human health.
In 2017, scientists discovered that real-world exposure levels of EMR were potent enough to increase the risk of miscarriage in otherwise healthy pregnant women. Over 900 women were asked to wear a device which would record their EMR exposure levels for the course of a 24-hour period. Based on the study’s findings, the rate of miscarriage in women exposed to higher levels of EMR are nearly double that of the general population. In the lowest-exposure ranking, miscarriage occurred in 10.4 percent of women. Comparatively, 24.2 percent of women from higher-level exposure groups experienced a miscarriage.
De-Kun Li, MD, Ph.D., principal investigator of the study, commented, “This study provides evidence from a human population that magnetic field non-ionizing radiation could have adverse biological impacts on human health.”
Recent research has also linked EMR from cellphones to brain cancer. Despite assurances, it is clear that caution needs to be exercised with technology.

No Safe Levels of Toxins
Use Sunscreen or Die – Not!
It’s hard to believe that Big Beauty was able to convince billions of people that they have to use sunscreen every day or die.
But their whole sales pitch is built on a huge myth…
They want you to believe Mother Nature made a deadly mistake when she designed human skin. They want you to think the sun is your skin’s biggest enemy. And only their toxic chemicals can save you.
Nothing could be further from the truth…
Your skin is perfectly designed for life on Earth. Our native ancestors survived and thrived outdoors. They lived and worked in the sun’s rays every day. They didn’t use sunscreen and they didn’t burn themselves to a crisp or die off from diseases caused by the sun.

Fluoridation is mass medication, NZ Supreme Court rules
Water fluoridation is compulsory mass medication, in breach of human rights, the Supreme Court has ruled by a majority vote. It confirmed that fluoridation is a medical treatment as claimed by opponents for over 60 years. It is not a supplement “just topping up natural levels”, as claimed by the Ministry of Health.
The impracticality of avoiding fluoridated water makes it compulsory in practice, the majority also ruled.
Three judges held that there was conflicting scientific evidence, confirming that the science is NOT settled.
Chief Justice Sian Elias then held that fluoridation was not prescribed by law (i.e. is unlawful), applying section 6 of the Bill of Rights Act. That was the correct decision in Fluoride Free NZ’s view.

Proof Toxins Are Killing Us
Out of 1,087 skeletons buried between 1,500 and 3,000 years ago, just 6 were found with cancer – two younger women with cervical cancer, and a man with testicular cancer, which have all been associated with HPV; and an older mummified man with colorectal cancer, an older woman with metastatic carcinoma, and a toddler with leukaemia.
That’s a rate of 5 cases in 1,000 – compared to today, where the cancer rate in Western societies approaches 500 per 1,000 people – a lifetime cancer risk 100 times greater than what it was in the ancient Dakhleh in Egypt’s Western Desert.

Poison On Your Plate
The Peril on Your Plate film explores the human health effects of genetic engineering and chemical agriculture
After being told by her doctor that genetically engineered (GE) food and pesticides could be responsible for her son’s food allergies, Ekaterina Yakovleva set out to investigate. Her quest for answers was captured by the Russian Times in the featured film, “The Peril on Your Plate: Genetic Engineering and Chemical Agriculture.”
The film shows Yakovleva and her team traveling the world to meet “the people who lift the lid on the perils of GMOs and the chemicals used in the industry,” as well as proponents of GMOs who argue that genetic engineering is a “high-tech” solution to feeding the world’s growing population. Advocates for genetic engineering tell Yakovleva that the technology is beneficial to farmers in that it increases resistance to pests and disease, as well as produces higher yields. But Yakovleva isn’t convinced.
She learns nothing could be further from the truth after witnessing the devastation caused by mass farmer suicides in India as a result of the failure of Monsanto’s Bt cotton. Yakovleva visits the U.K. where she meets Lady Margaret, Countess of Mar, a member of the House of Lords and a former farmer who suffered from chemical use, and then to the U.S. where she meets with Zen Honeycutt of Moms Across America about the link between GMOs, pesticides and chronic disease in humans.

Interested in learning the basics of organic gardening?
In this kickoff post, I will tell you the #1 tool in my organic growers’ tool kit. But first, I want to dish the dirt on dirt, explain what living soil is, and offer an alternative way of thinking about soil so you’ll understand why this particular tool ranks #1.

“Could wifi be giving kids cancer?” Research says yes . . .
Prof Anthony Miller of Toronto University couldn’t be blunter, saying: ‘[Wifi] should not be allowed in schools.’
Professor Miller – who was Director of Canada’s National Cancer Institute’s Epidemiology Unit, and has held top posts in the World Health Organization and the German Cancer Research Centre – is not alone in his fears.
He is the latest in a long line of top scientists to warn that the invisible waves of electromagnetic radiation that now constantly wash over us all – dubbed ‘electrosmog’ even by some academics – may cause a future cancer epidemic, and that it’s children who are most at risk.
