Yoshinori Ohsumi on Intermittent Fasting

When the human body is hungry, it eats itself, does a purification process, removing all the sick cells, cancer cells, aging cells and Alzheimer’s.

Creation of special proteins that are formed only under certain circumstances, and when they are finished, the body selectively collects dead tumor cells, dissolves them and restores the state the body enjoys. This is what recycling looks like.

Scientists have succeeded in learning through lengthy and specialized research that the autophagy process requires unusual conditions that force the body to perform this process.

These circumstances require a person to abstain from food and beverage for 16 hours (8/16 cycle, eat 8 fast 16).

Human beings should function normally during this period. This process should be repeated for some time to reach the body for maximum use and to prevent the sick cells from reacting.

It is recommended to repeat the hunger and thirst process two or three days a week.

Censored Public Discussion – Royal Commission Required

Censored Public Discussion

Professor Kerryn Phelps AM, former member for Wentworth and president of the Australian Medical Association, has stated on the record that COVID-19 vaccine side effects are SUBSTANTIALLY under reported.

In her submission to a parliamentary inquiry, Phelps broke ranks with the mainstream medical community by claiming that “the incidence of serious adverse reactions per vaccinated person could be more than 1-in-1,000”. She acknowledged that this is a CONSERVATIVE estimate, saying “an order of magnitude of under-reporting is not unreasonable to consider.”
She also accused regulators of censoring doctors during the pandemic, and suggested that claims that the vaccines were safe were made “without data.”

Professor Phelps was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2011 for her services to health and medicine. She’s the furthest thing from a crackpot conspiracy theorist — so why have her statements been roundly ignored by the people in power?

A Pandemic Royal Commission will give experts like Professor Phelps an opportunity to challenge the official narrative. Help Ban Glyphosate

If you saw my post earlier this week about the insanely high levels of glyphosate tested in foods you will want to add your name to those calling for a ban on it.

How To Freeze Corn!

Corn Ready To Freeze

From the Facebook group Canning, Freezing, Dehydrating, Food Preserving and Homesteading

Saw some folks asking about freezing corn on the cob. Here is the way I’ve been doing it for many years, after a long time old farmer told me how to get the best tasting frozen corn.

Peel away a few of the outer layers of shuck skins. Trim each end of the cob.

DO NOT blanch the corn. Put the corn straight into freezer bags or vacuum seal them, and freeze. When you’re ready to eat it, put it under running water and remove the shucks and silks. Then boil it for approx 15 minutes. You can also steam it, put on the grill in the shuck wrapped in aluminum foil or even microwave it. Perfect corn on the cob!!! It will taste like fresh picked. I’ve been doing it this way for many years and its never been soggy or gummy. Just always cook it while frozen.
