Do you want to beat Alzheimer's and Dementia?

Just listened to a sales pitch for Dr Russell Blaycock’s Wellness Report. He provides a lot of good data (much of it I have heard before from other sources) on how to avoid Alzheimer’s and dementia in his sales pitch. Here is some of the data:
According to Dr Russell Blaycock, inflammation and excitotoxicity are primary causes of brain degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia.
These things increase brain inflammation and toxicity:
Pesticides
Herbicides
Toxins in air and water
Artificial additives in foods
Omega 6 Fatty Acids
Antibiotics
Vaccines like flu shots that contain mercury
Excitiotoxins
Hormone imbalances
Artificial sweeteners
What can you do?
Buy organic
Wash produce before consuming it
Parkinson’s and Alzhemer’s patients have low levels of Glutathione.
These things reduce the brain’s level of Glutathione:
Infections
Brain injuries
Mercury
Lead
Aluminiun
Glutamate
MSG (under all its various names)
Elevated levels of homocysteine are also destructive.
Fluoride increases aluminium absorption.
Avoid soy, sunflower, safflower and peanut oils.
Ingesting omega 3s at least once a week reduces your risk of getting Alzheimer’s disease by 60&!
B12
Curcumin
Vitamin D3
Quercetin
Cut back on sugars, destructive fats and simple carbs.
A high calorie diet rich in sugar and simple carbs results in an increased risk of 50%.
Adding high fat as well increases the risk by 250%!
Overexercising (aerobic) is harmful to the brain. It increases free-radical induced degeneration.
