Immune Defense Summit

Microbiome And Immune System

There’s a great series airing at present.

The definition of microbiome is a community of microorganisms (such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses) that inhabit a particular environment and especially the collection of microorganisms living in or on the human body. Your body is home to about 100 trillion bacteria and other microbes, collectively known as your microbiome.

Every system in your body is interconnected. No organ operates in isolation. Your gut talks to the mitochondria in your cells and your brain. If you want a strong immune system you need to have an optimum microbiome because the microbiome instructs the immune system.

What harms your microbiome?

  • Stress
  • Toxins
  • Sugar
  • Highly processed foods
  • Refined carbohydrates
  • Too narrow a range of foods in diet
  • Proton pump inhibitors
  • Antibiotics

What helps your microbiome?

  • Less stress
  • Fermented foods
  • More vegetables
  • Less meat
  • Prebiotics like Inulin
  • Radishes
  • Kiwi
  • Jerusalem Artichoke
  • Probiotics

Here is my best effort to create a broad spectrum address to contribute to an optimum nutritional intake.

How To Destroy A Country

How To Destroy A Country

If you ever wondered what it would have been like to sit in on the last days of Chaldea, Babylon, Egypt, Greece or Rome then wonder no more. Unless we work very hard and very fast at waking up a lot more people and getting a lot more sanity into the halls of power, then you are sitting in a front row seat on the demise of freedom in the civilized world and the decent into a tyrannical police state. And don’t take my word for it, read your history books. Police states do not last.
