Q. How do you make sense of all this craziness?

Abusive Partner

A. It is only crazy when compared to logic and reason as applied to the goal of survival. If you look at it from the viewpoint of planned destruction it all makes perfect sense. A series of actions planned in advance to paralyze the masses with fear and sell lots of vaccines, to incapacitate or wipe out a large percentage of the population with an experimental and toxic non-vax to tighten the grip of the Malthusian power elite to cover up a huge financial black hole in the European pension fund and insolvent banks and create a police state, it all makes perfect sense! LOL.

Q. So if the majority of those left alive after this shitstorm are the non-conforming independent thinkers, not consenting to NWO and the V, what is their plan for us?

A. Recently I posted an article from a person who posited that a new virus will kill all the unvaccinated (I have seen it referred to as Marburg) as they do not want to be left with us trouble makers. We now know the COVID jabs are causing blood clots in 62% of the people who receive the jab which is why many are experiencing adverse reaction or dying. So if his theory is true, it’s a damned if you do, condemned if you don’t sort of scenario. If you take the Covid shot you die from that and if you don’t take the Covid shot you die from Marburg.

Me? I prefer to take my chances with the unvaxxed group. I have resolved to increase the possibility of surviving by keeping my diet as clean and as healthy as possible in order to keep my immune system in tip top condition. After all, my genetic line has a good track record (100% in fact) of keeping my ancestors from dying off all the way down however long you believe our track to be until now. I recently learned that a combination of Grape Seed Extract and Xylitol will prevent the covid spike protein from penetrating the cell walls. Good thing they are already in my NutriBlast and top bars!

If I can throw an even better bunch of nutrients down my gullet than to which my ancestors had access, exercise and don’t succumb to the constant fear porn I sometimes witness as I walk through the lounge past the TV set, I stand a far better than average chance of making it.

Just gotta be prepared for the alien invasion or whatever other outrageousness they concoct.

Dehydrated Pumpkin Powder

Dehydrated Pumpkin Powder

Terry White posted this. I thought it worth sharing.

Instead of canning pumpkin and using up my low supply of canning jars, I dehydrated over 100 pumpkins. I can get 20 pie pumpkins into a quart-size jar. Canning would hold 1-1.5 pumpkins per quart jar. Huge difference, eh?

What I do is:
Wash whole pumpkin in soapy water and rinse.
Cut in half and remove the seeds.
Cut out the stem with a V cut and the bottom in the same manner.
Bake cut side down on a lined cookie sheet until a knife inserts easily.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Thinly slice the pumpkin and place in the dehydrator at 160 degrees until completely brittle.
Pulverize in a blender or coffee grinder
Once pulverized, place thinly and evenly on a cookie sheet and place in a 200-degree oven for about 30 min to remove all the moisture.
Place in sterilized, dry jars.

It will keep indefinitely.

To rehydrate, I measured 4 parts boiling water to 1 part dehydrated powder.

Latest Vitamin C Data

Vitamin C Review

“To date there have been 12 vitamin C and COVID-19 trials published, including five randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and seven retrospective cohort studies. The current level of evidence from the RCTs suggests that intravenous vitamin C intervention may improve oxygenation parameters, reduce inflammatory markers, decrease days in hospital and reduce mortality, particularly in the more severely ill patients. High doses of oral vitamin C supplementation may also improve the rate of recovery in less severe cases. No adverse events have been reported in published vitamin C clinical trials in COVID-19 patients.
