This is so unbelievably true that you have to experience it to fully appreciate it. I never watch the news but the two others in the household do. I walked through the lounge last night and learned of two Rotties killing a baby in a pram, an Aussie on holidays in the South Pacific being killed by a shark and two thugs beating a guy to death over him selling fake headphones!

0. For starters, all you do from television is you inflow sound and images, you outflow nothing. So it is a hypnotic tool. You are better off doing something.
1. What is on the news is all designed to make you feel bad, lower your morale and your perception of your cause level so you are easier to manipulate and control,
2. The “news” is a complete skewing of data, showing you only the negatives, not positives,
3. It is a distraction, taking your attention away from the important items of news that it does not show, like the number of excess deaths since the jab rollout,
4. When it does cover important data like the Ukraine proxy war by the US against Russia it is mostly lies!

So switch it off and spend more time on your family or hobbies!

IMHO this is a small portion of the truth. The first thing a person wanting to recover should do is stop ingesting that which is causing the problem, be it drugs, alcohol, sugar or toxins. (These toxins can be physical in air, food, water or spiritual/mental, as in criticism or invalidation.)

The second is to improve nutrition.

The third is to detoxify and the last is to address any mental predispositions, precipitations or prolongations of the issue.

It actually is a very bad thing. It contains a high proportion of chitin, the hard outside casing of insect bodies, heads, legs, antennae, and wings – which is indigestible to humans. We are not designed to eat it, and it is actually toxic to us, acting as an irritant that causes allergic reactions that can be severe. The food industry has no business including ANY insect parts in its products.
