Assessing the antimicrobial activity of flaxseed

Flaxseeds or linseeds are a key ingredient in my food bars.

Researchers in India evaluated the antimicrobial activity of flaxseed against known periodontal pathogens. They reported their findings in an article published in the International Journal of Herbal Medicine.

Research suggests that the use of antibiotics is beneficial in the management of periodontitis.

However, antibiotic resistance has now become a major global issue, and it is believed to have stemmed from the misuse of antibiotics.

Many researchers now see herbal interventions as therapeutic strategies that deserve more research and attention.

Flaxseed, a popular superfood rich in omega-3 fatty acids, has demonstrated potent antimicrobial and anti-biofilm activities in several studies.
To further explore its potential, the researchers conducted an in vitro study that aims to assess the antimicrobial activity of flaxseed against periodontal pathogens.
They prepared an ethanolic extract from flaxseed powder and determined its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) against Porphyromonas gingivalis, Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans and Tannerella forsythia.
The researchers reported that the flaxseed extract exhibited bacteriostatic activities against all three pathogens.

At 100 microliters (uL)/milliliter (mL), the extract exerted bactericidal effects against P. gingivalis.

Based on these findings, the researchers concluded that flaxseed can be used as a natural adjunct to periodontal therapy because of its bactericidal effects against P. gingivalis.

The love of my life, my husband Gregory Michael MD an Obstetrician that had his office in Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach Died the day before yesterday due to a strong reaction to the COVID vaccine.

He was a very healthy 56 year old, loved by everyone in the community delivered hundreds of healthy babies and worked tireless through the pandemic.

He was vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine at MSMC on December 18, 3 days later he saw a strong set of petechiae on his feet and hands which made him seek attention at the emergency room at MSMC. The CBC that was done at his arrival showed his platelet count to be 0 (A normal platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microliter of blood.) he was admitted in the ICU with a diagnosis of acute ITP caused by a reaction to the COVID vaccine. A team of expert doctors tried for 2 weeks to raise his platelet count to no avail. Experts from all over the country were involved in his care. No matter what they did, the platelets count refused to go up. He was conscious and energetic through the whole process but 2 days before a last resort surgery, he got a hemorrhagic stroke caused by the lack of platelets that took his life in a matter of minutes.

He was a pro vaccine advocate that is why he got it himself.

I believe that people should be aware that side effects can happened, that it is not good for everyone and in this case destroyed a beautiful life, a perfect family, and has affected so many people in the community

A Suggestion for My Truth Warrior Friends

Many people only get their news from the MSM and are not exposed to what you and I see so they are not making a decision, they are fed a steady, relentless diet of lies and fear mongering propaganda and have no truth to counter it. If we take an inhumane ‘serves you right’ attitude to the indoctrinated we will lose potential converts to the truth and strengthen our enemies.

The next difficulty is how do we get them unindoctrinated when the true data we give them only bounces off the false data they believe is real and creates arguments. And nobody ever wins an argument. They just solidify people’s convictions that they are right and the other person is wrong. (I learned THAT one WAY later in life than I should have!)

If you are talking to an indoctrinated, my suggestion is to ask questions, like,

“Is there anything you have seen that does not make sense to you?”
“Does anything seem anomalous?”
“Have you asked yourself the question, ‘Who profits from this?'”
“Do you know what the survival rate is for COVID?”
“Do you know what the survival rate is for the seasonal flu?”
“So, how do they compare?”
“Would you have taken the COVID measures last year for the flu?”
“Why not?”
