As a side-note, be the best you that you can be. Always be working on improving/upskilling you. Get rid of the things that have been added to youn an attempt to be what others consider more desirable/appropriate/optimum.

Understand You

Understand You

There is some truth in this but it does not address the necessity to improve the quality and quantity of whatever the product is that you produce. Or the fact that much gain can be had from increasing your knowledge, awareness and competence.

How Private Equity Causes More Harm Than Benefit to Economies

The Private Equity concept can be either a blessing or a curse.

It is terrific when used with win-win intentions that benefit the most people, and if genuine, successful expertise and management skills are applied by PE partners and senior managers.

It can also be disastrous for companies and cause significant harm to a nation’s economy, as outlined in this article.

Pfizer very quietly agrees to settle 10,000 cancer lawsuits…

Zantac Cancer Settlement

Pfizer Inc. has agreed to settle more than 10,000 cases accusing it of hiding the cancer risks of its Zantac heartburn drug, according to people familiar with the deal, the biggest of the litigation.

The agreements cover cases in state courts across the US but don’t completely resolve the company’s exposure to Zantac claims, according to the people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to discuss the settlement publicly. Financial details of the accords weren’t immediately available.

The deal is likely to reassure investors, who have seen other Zantac makers, including GSK Plc and Sanofi, sign settlements. Concerns about the drugmakers’ exposure to Zantac suits helped wipe out about $45 billion in combined market value in the summer of 2022. The shares have since recovered and have risen on news of the earlier deals.

Pfizer shares fell 1.5% in trading before US markets opened Thursday. They’ve lost 27% in the past 12 months through Wednesday’s close.

“Pfizer has explored and will continue to explore opportunistic settlements of certain cases if appropriate, and has settled certain cases,” the New York-based company said in an emailed statement. “The company has not sold a Zantac product in more than 15 years and did so only for a limited period of time.”

Transgender Agenda: Following the Money

Gender Bending-Follow The Money

For those who may have missed it, last week the American College of Pediatricians (ACPeds) delivered a scathing denunciation of America’s leading medical institutions – calling on them to halt the drastic gender transition protocols being imposed on vulnerable children.

A newly formed coalition of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and scientists launched the “Doctors Protecting Children Declaration” led by Dr. Jill Simons, Executive Director of the American College of Pediatricians. They are sounding the alarm and criticizing the severe physical and mental health risks associated with “gender-affirming” care.

A recently published 20-year landmark NIH study ‘Risk of Suicide and Self-Harm Following Gender-Affirmation Surgery’ found that suicide risk increases after gender reassignment surgery. This study dismantles a popular argument wielded by those who fiercely advocate for these radical ‘life saving’ treatments on minors. Parents have been emotionally blackmailed into supporting such procedures – being told that their child is likely to commit suicide if not allowed to ‘transition’ as a minor. In fact, the data proves the opposite is true. Individuals who underwent gender-affirming surgery had a 12.12-fold higher suicide attempt risk than those who did not, and the study concluded that gender-affirming surgery is significantly associated with elevated suicide attempt risks.

Beyond Bad: Fake Meat And Other ‘Ultra Processed’ Vegan Food Linked To Heart Disease, Early Death

Beyond Gross

New research suggests that ultra-processed vegan food can increase the risk of heart disease and early death, the NY Post reports, citing a new study published in The Lancet from the University of São Paulo and Imperial College London. Ultra-processed foods (UPFs) include packaged goods, drinks, cereals and ready-to-eat products that contain colors, emulsifiers, flavors and other additives – and are notoriously high in sugar, saturated fat, salt, while often being devoid of vitamins.

Unlocking the Secrets of Hormone Health and Vitality

  • Dr Mercola recently interviewed U.K. clinician Keith Littlewood about endocrine health, revealing important details that may help you boost your well-being and vitality
  • Littlewood, who splits his time between consulting with patients and completing a Ph.D. in endocrine research, bases his work on that of scientists like Ray Peat and has extensive clinical experience
  • Littlewood believes estrogen dominance and estrogen excess are among the primary causes of thyroid disruption
  • Littlewood recommends targeting your diet first to address your thyroid health, including getting enough protein, calories and healthy carbohydrates, and making sure you can utilize those carbohydrates
  • Fixing thyroid problems involves a comprehensive approach that addresses what you’re eating — avoiding low-carb and low-calorie diets — your stress levels and your exposure to environmental pollutants, like endocrine-disrupting chemicals, along with exercise, such as walking
