Jack had a couple of sayings that resonate with me,
” If man made it, don’t eat it.”
and
“If it tastes good, spit it out.”
Obviously since I am a food manufacturer I am going to claim my products are an exception to his first quote and if you eat a really, really healthy diet then the sugary poison that tastes good to most people to which he refers in his second quote above is not as applicable to you, as good food tastes good to you – that is the way you have trained your taste buds!
