More Lasting Energy and Less Nighttime Bathroom Trips

I don’t ask for a telephone number from new clients who order from my web site so I rarely get the opportunity to chat about how they are finding my products but I had the opportunity to talk to a new client who has been on my NutriBlast for just a week. I asked him what he noticed and his response was, “More lasting energy.”

I asked what time of day he was taking it. He said, “Midday” He followed with, “and at eleven or twelve at night I look for something to do to wind down but I am not tired.”

(If you’re not taking my NutriBlast GreensPlus and would like to be energised all day till bed time, head over to https://www.healthelicious.com.au/Nutri-Blast-Greens-Plus.html or for the Vegan version, https://www.healthelicious.com.au/Nutri-Blast-Vegan-Protein-Powder.html.

The fact that it has nearly 200 ingredients in it and that a single 10 gram serve [one gently rounded dessert spoon] supplies over 20% of over 20 essential vitamins and minerals probably accounts for the fact that most who try it feel more energised – we’re just not getting enough nutrients from our regular diet.)

So I suggested he take it a bit earlier in the day because a good, full night’s sleep is important to let the body rest and recuperate.

I then asked if he slept through or he had to get up to make a bathroom trip and he said, “Not always, but often.”

So, on learning that he consumes a fair amount of liquid at night I suggested he pull his fluid intake to earlier in the day, morning and afternoon. I try to drink nothing between 6 and 10:30 pm when I aim to head off to bed. (Apparently if you have a glass of water before retiring it reduces your chance of heart attack overnight. So I always do that.)
