Would you like 10 extra, healthy years on your life?

Well here’s one way to significantly contribute to that. It is a reminder program to take a break. Why is that important? Because sitting for 6 hours a day takes 10 years off your lifespan. But the way to reduce the destructive effects of it are as simple as just standing up every 10 minutes. So that’s what I have the timer on BreakTaker set to. 10 minutes.
