New research led by Prof. Eran Segals and Dr. Elinavs indicates a drastic change in blood sugar levels between two individuals on identical diets – this may explain why some struggle to lose weight while others, on the same diet, stay lean and fit. The scientists even developed an algorithm that can calculate ones blood level based on his or her biology and lifestyle.

(Tom: This is a very worthwhile video to watch. The conclusion of a 1,000 person study was that there is no perfect diet for all people! Each person reacts differently. I have been saying for years now that every spirit/mind/body combination in unique and you need to become your own health researcher to determine what is best for you.)

Nothing, I repeat nothing is more destructive to a person than shaking their stable datums and introducing uncertainty. The most valuable thing you can do for a person is to increase their certainty. Preferably with true data!

Their definition of ‘order’ is ‘under my control’ whereas the dictionary definition of order is ‘proper or logical method, sequence or arrangement of things’.

So don’t let their perversion of the definition dissuade you from bringing more order into your life.

In fact, their goal could be more accurately described as ‘disorder’ because it reduces the amount of harmony whereas proper order increases harmonious alignment.
