Over 30 years ago while researching the subject of vaccination for my children, this was the decider, the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. The fact that the medical profession is not honest and scientific, they are complicit in a criminal coverup of adverse events that have debilitating and deadly consequences. And you cannot make an informed decision without adequate data. So if they are suppressing the data, you have to take their word for what they are paid to promote. And since the four companies who make vaccines are convicted felons, in my humble opinion, you have to be a special sort of idiot to trust them!

As if we didn’t already know how valuable breast milk is, researchers have discovered a team of immune cells in breast milk that are ready to conquer potential pathogens.
There is a plethora of research on the benefits of breast milk, including its ability to boost an infant’s immune system. Mother’s milk has been found to contain millions of cells, many of which aid immunity.

To add to the evidence, researchers from Augusta University have detected the presence of immune cells called innate lymphoid cells, or ILCs, in human breast milk. Their findings, which were based on extensive cell analysis of milk from four lactating women, were published last month in JAMA Pediatrics.

One of my Facebook friends posted: I have a tip for all you avocado lovers. I keep the uneaten half of my avocados in this case but the surface of the flesh gets brown. I have tried adding olive oil, vinegar and other substances to see if they would prevent the browning. I finally found something that works great. I just rub a bit of coconut oil on the bottom and put the avocado cut side down. No browning. Enjoy.
