A while ago someone close to me suggested that pointing out how crazy things were without also sharing ideas on how to improve them was not an optimum solution.

I took that to heart and have created this scale from several things I have read.

I aspire to be in the ‘Competent’ category on it.

The list of suggestions below the scale is my effort to help you help tip the scales.

OK. So how do you and I improve our personal situation? What actions can we personally undertake to move us and our society towards a more ideal scene? Here’s a long list I created from various sources. This should provide you with more than a few things you can implement instantly while working on some of the more long-term targets.

• Improve your diet and lifestyle (rest and exercise are key) to improve your general health and immune system.
• Grow more food yourself and learn to share with your neighbours.
• Stop listening to lies. Turn off the main stream media TV news, current affairs programs and newspapers as a constant source of lies and misinformation.

• Resolve to live in truth and to hold your ground with integrity.

• And here is something I copied from social media:They couldn’t go to the pool, so the people met and swam in the ocean and lakes, and built saunas together.
  They couldn’t go to restaurants so the people had dinner parties and potlucks.
  They couldn’t go to clubs so the people had epic dance parties.
  They couldn’t go to the gym so the people ran up mountains, lifted rocks, chopped firewood, trained in each others’ garages.
  They couldn’t go to grocery stores so they gathered Wild Herbs and farmed.
  They couldn’t go to sports events so they created their own.
  They were told they couldn’t travel but found ways.
  They lost their jobs so they created and found new ones that were more aligned with their values.
  They lost friends and family but found newer, greater true connections-and built community.
  Everything that’s happening is totally insane, and inhumane.
  But they never felt oppressed.
  In fact, freer than ever.
  What we build now is the future.

• Do not be coerced into doing something you feel or know is not right.
• Validate and support those who know the truth.

• Withdraw cooperation/support/patronage from those executing or forwarding destructive actions. Multinationals and large corporates are often cheaper but at what long term cost to your freedom?
• Find, support and patronize those persons, groups and businesses aligned with and supportive of truth. Support small businesses who employ most people in Australia.
• Denounce destructive actions to the perpetrators. Tell the small businesses that require vaccine passports why you will no longer shop there.
• Decry destructive actions to the public so they are forewarned.
• Report those who perform destructive actions to their senior/the relevant persons/bodies. Police integrity units, national and international Human Rights watchdogs, ICAC bodies etc.
• If every person knew this, it would completely demolish the official narrative of why vaccines and a vaccine passport are necessary: The End of the Narrative! • The long-term solution to any government overreach is, of course, the restoration of Common Law Trial by Jury.A judge is employed and paid by the government.
  Most people do not bite the hand that feeds them.
  Also a  judge cannot find a defendant non-guilty by virtue of an unjust law. Only a jury can do that. Trial by jury is the true safeguard against government over reach and tyranny. Judges can (and have) assumed more power than common law grants him/her and think he/she can decide a case but that is not the correct application of the law.Just think, if every person who violated the present unjust, draconian laws came before a trial by jury of 12 of their peers, the whole debacle would fizzle and fade in no time at all.No matter who wins elections, trial by jury is the control mechanism that keeps them in check 124/7. Not just every 4 years.I encourage you to get behind and support the restoration of common law trial by jury at every opportunity. Bayer distributed a drug called Factor VIII in the 1980’s tainted with the HIV virus intentionally, infecting and killing thousands of people around the world……

Jonas Salk and the U.S. Government experimented with the flu vaccine and exposed mental patients and prisoners in Michigan to the pandemic virus in 1942……

The FDA approved a drug called Vioxx by Merck Pharmaceticuals in 1999 while knowing that it increased the risk of fatal heart attacks and strokes before it even hit the market.This drug was responsible for at least 55,000 deaths in America……

The U.S. Government was involved in the forced sterilization of immigrants, people of color, poor people,unmarried mothers, the disabled and the mentally ill that spanned 32 States in the first half of the 20th century…

Pfizer was behind the illegal clinical trial of the drug Trozan in Nigeria in the 1990’s during a meningitis epidemic that left 11 children dead.The Nigerian Government did not authorize this trial and was without parental consent.

It was the U.S. Government that told African American males that they were being treated for “bad blood” after luring them in with free meals,free physicals and free burial insurance. Some of the men had syphilis,others were given the deadly venereal disease.The study was later discovered to be an experiment of syphilis left untreated… better known as the tuskegee experiment.

GlaxoSmithKline published a flawed study and misled doctors into prescribing the dangerous antidepressant Paxil to children and had the public thinking that it was safe.

The U.S Government in 1956-58, was responsible for the U.S. Army experiment involving dropping hundreds of thousands of specially bred mosquitoes to see if they could be used as biological weapons,specifically, yellow fever.

CDC scientists colluded to cover up a relationship between the timing of the MMR vaccine and autism in African Americans that was first discovered in November of 2001. Rather than reporting the results to the public, all data regarding this relationship were destroyed at a secret meeting held some time in August/September of 2002. This fact has been affirmed via an affidavit given by Dr. Thompson to Rep. Bill Posey in September, 2014.

The first polio vaccine was developed by Dr. Jonas Salk. Human experiments using this vaccine were conducted purposely on orphans in government/church run institutions because they were vulnerable and didn’t require parental consent signatures, as they had no parents.

The vaccine was “declared safe” (as they always are), but tragically, that vaccine gave 40,000 orphans polio and permanently paralyzed hundreds of them. At least 10 children died as a result of vaccine-induced polio. All injuries and deaths were under-reported of course by the same authorities who orchestrated the atrocity. (This is known as The Cutter Incident.)

Not one of the aforementioned examples here are conspiracy theory, they are factual and verifiable.
