The use of Monsanto’s Round-up herbicide has increased substantially over the last 40 years. Many researchers are starting to believe that increased use of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Round-up, correlates to the rise in many modern diseases.
According to Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a senior research scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), glyphosate appears to be strongly correlated with the rise in Celiac disease, and, more generally, gluten intolerance.
“[G]ut dysbiosis, brought on by exposure to glyphosate, plays a crucial role in the development of celiac disease. Many CYP enzymes are impaired in association with celiac disease, and we show that glyphosate’s known suppression of CYP enzyme activity in plants and animals plausibly explains this effect in humans.” ~ Glyphosate, pathways to modern diseases II: Celiac sprue and gluten intolerance by Dr. Anthony Samsel and Dr. Stephanie Seneff
If you are looking for a single source of the more commonly known information about the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 infection it causes then this is a good reference:
But typical of mainstream media it gives lots of data but promotes the line that “nothing can be done about it”. Yet the infection IS being defeated and there ARE specific steps you can take toa) minimise your risk of infectionb) boost the abiltiy of your body to survive an infection andc) defeat the infection if it occurs. I have documented them here:
(Tom: You may have seen the advice to get the flu shot. That is from ignorant people.)
Dr Serge: The medical community strongly advises the population to get a flu shot to help combat the epidemic of this coronavirus. Honestly, I never made any sense to me. It is two different types of viruses.
Concerningly, the latest research shows that getting the flu vaccine increases the risk of getting the coronavirus by 36%!!!
Paraphrasing, the study highlights the value of the human body’s ability to fight against viruses. Apparently, by contracting influenza, the body naturally “may reduce the risk of non-influenza respiratory viruses…”
“While influenza vaccination offers protection against influenza, natural influenza infection may reduce the risk of non-influenza respiratory viruses by providing temporary, non-specific immunity against these viruses. On the other hand, recently published studies have described the phenomenon of vaccine-associated virus interference; that is, vaccinated individuals may be at increased risk for other respiratory viruses because they do not receive the non-specific immunity associated with natural infection.”
Like I blogged about before, the flu shot is known to actually suppress your immune system.
Intermittent fasting is a terrific regulator of the immune system as it controls the amount of inflammatory cytokines that are released in the body. Two major cytokines Interleukin-6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha promote an inflammatory response in the body. Studies have shown that fasting reduces the release of these inflammatory mediators). The immune system modulation that intermittent fasting provides may also be helpful if you have moderate to severe allergies.
