The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) hasn’t investigated any link between the COVID vaccines and death. That’s a violation of California law to look the other way.

Peter Baldridge, former Assistant Chief Counsel of the CDPH, expressly brought this violation to the attention of the head of the department. As you might expect, the CDPH ignored him and did absolutely nothing.

We have proof of this.

Since the California government is not doing it’s job in following the law, I will be filing a writ of mandamus to compel the CDPH to do their job. The California court should also award me attorney fees.

In addition, Mr. Baldridge and I have both made a FOIA request to see the death-vax records; something that no state or world government has ever produced.

One way or another, the truth will be exposed soon for all to see.

April 13, 2021 I posted here https://www.tomgrimshaw.com/tomsblog/?p=32377 that Stephanie Seneff had identified at least 10 different ways the Covid injectables harmed human systems. I later amended that article to her updated count of 40 different human systems the injectables harmed.

40 doctors, scientists and researchers all provided jaw dropping testimony at the EU Parliament this week on May 4th. This event was put on by The International COVID Summit in coordination with 5 prominent EU Parliament members. The goal of the day was to provide the cited research, documentation and data that proves that the entire COVID narrative was a complete fabrication and a prime example of what’s called 5th Generation Warfare. 8 Things I Learned During My Trip To The EU Parliament

1. The fake wars, organized by the cabal, specifically to destroy the strong cultural base of EU nation states with forced migration…is very advanced in the city of Brussels. Most migration falls in this category today. This forced migration is part and parcel of the 5th Generation warfare model being used to destroy the cultural rigidity of conventional Anglo strong holds in the EU and around the world. Yes, unfortunately they’re not bringing in migrants for altruistic reasons.

2. The truth movement is under a very common form of mind control, which is common in most humans. That common mind control program is division and conflict. Here’s an example. David Martin (who spoke first at the EU Parliament) and most others there, believe whole heartedly in viruses. This triggers some people in the truth movement now to shut down and attack them. If you listen to David Martin’s speech, there is more than enough common ground (relating to the government being corrupt, trying to kill everyone, the need for freedom etc) to see that he’s on the front lines fighting in the right area, direction, vector etc. This division is spurring attacks from within now, simply because attack and conflict is a very prolific background mind control program littered throughout most media today. If freedom loving people can’t recognize the common ground here (that government is our collective enemy) the truth movement will continue to attack and eat itself from the inside. 3. I learned that this injection is much worse than I’ve ever reported. What I heard directly from these 40 presenters had me uttering several WTF’s to myself, many times during their talks.

4. I learned that “SPIKE protein” (the protein that the injection ingredients trick the body into making) is actually a poison and that the makers of the shot list the SPIKE as toxic to human health. The people who made the shots also list that the mRNA platform (that does the tricking) isn’t approved for use on humans or animals. Yes, what was injected into billions of people isn’t approved for use on humans or animals because it has destroyed test animals, who were injected throughout prior decades.

5. So just to be clear, the ingredients in the shot vials trick the body into constantly making poisonous SPIKE, thus turning the body’s own systems into a poison production factory. Everyone’s cells produce different amounts of the toxic SPIKE, depending on the different loads injected into them or different loads of ingredients in their particular injection(s).

5. I learned that the mRNA platform, which tricks the body to produce toxic SPIKE, can also get the body to produce other dangerous proteins as well. That’s why other proteins WERE NEVER supposed to be in the shots (theortically) but they’ve found hundreds of other proteins in the shots. (because they’re designed to kill IMO) Those toxic proteins also then start getting produced en masse in the body and those proteins cause cancer, brain damage, infertility and hundreds of other diseases.

6. I learned that masking kids in school directly caused massive respiratory disease in children, via the hard data. When the masks were removed from schools, those respiratory diseases returned to baselines immediately. The masks are destroying children but then again what’s the government doing that ISN’T killing and destroying its own citizens right now? Really, what?

7. I learned that the protein production mechanisms in the shot, designed to screw up how the body works on a cellular level, can cause brain proteins to “fold incorrectly” causing a slow/soft kill form of brain damage, dementia, Parkinsons etc. I believe I’m starting to see this in some of my friends who took the shot.

8. Almost everything I’ve talked about above (and tons more) were all known either before the shot was released on the public or within the first couple of months after roll out……yet the government and media continued to lie to the public because this is 5th Generation Warfare, and the public is actually marked as the enemy to be removed. (IMO)

Craig Kelly writes: IT’S OVER : THE TGA HAVE SURRENDERED ON IVERMECTIN Australian GP’s can now prescribe Ivermectin for Covid, as the TGA have announced they are removing the ban. And this comes after my post yesterday on Twitter saying Ivermectin had won and war was over – which so far has had over 632,000 views. For as I repeatedly said, the TGA couldn’t hold out forever, as their senior management were risking being personally sued for Malfeasance given the tsunami of evidence rolling in, showing that Ivermectin is highly effective against Covid. Although this is a time for celebration, we should stop and spare a thought for the thousands of Australians that lost their lives in this war, that died unnecessarily from Covid because the TGA denied them access to this life saving Ivermectin. It’s now time for the war crime trials and reparations. And I wonder if the ABC or Ally will broadcast this news?

The US Attorney in Utah issued a criminal indictment against Dr. Kirk Moore for “running a COVID-19 Vaccine Scheme to Defraud the Government and CDC.”

But what if Dr. Moore was actually saving lives instead and is a hero?

Since this is a criminal proceeding in federal court, Dr. Moore cannot be denied discovery to show that the vaccines are deadly.

This is relevant due to the opportunity for jury nullification where a jury has the right to issue a “not guilty” verdict if they believe the law is unjust.

If the judge denies Moore the discovery, he can appeal because there is no country in the world that has correlated the death-vax data and released the records for public analysis. They all keep it hidden behind closed doors and all attempts to get that data have been rebuffed.

A federal court has jurisdiction over all 50 states and can order the CDC and all states to turn over COVID vaccination records and death records. You know, the records that the states and CDC don’t want to be made public for some reason. Those records.

So Dr. Moore is now empowered to do something that nobody else in the world can do: access the secret public health records of every state in the US that will finally show to the entire world what everyone in power wants to hide from the public: the truth.

Here’s a history of the definition of vaccination. “prevent disease” –> “produce immunity” –> “produce protection”. But the current COVID vaccine doesn’t do any of these! It’s time to change the definition again: “produce profits for drug companies”.

In the US, Excess deaths peak with injectibles.

In Europe:
The country with the lowest vaccination rate has the lowest excess mortality rate and the country with the highest vaccination rate has the highest excess mortality.
