Where I am in the USA at present I noticed a gentleman walking slowly up some stairs and I asked him what slowed him down. He told me the medication he was on sapped his energy. P.S. My wife got interested as well. She would like to know if any of the ingredients contain caffeine, green tea, guarana. etc. She is sensitive to any such substance but otherwise she would like to try it as well.
(I replied no guarana or caffeine but a small amount of the anti-cancer Green tea extract in each batch. He responded…)

…I appreciate the instructions concerning the dosage. So far I am flying with just a heaped teaspoon full! I am now able to sprint again and climb stairs three times the speed I was. I wonder what will happen when I get up to 100% which appears to be four rounded table spoons…! I will experiment just like you say.
The clarification of using just over half a percent of green tea extract is enough to remove any worries for my wife. This is good to know.
