Just another view of it

Marketing and selling to individual consumers is time-consuming, expensive, labor intensive and chancy. They have to want what you wnat to sell them.

How do you get around that? Make the consumer want a solution provided by the government and sell the solution to the government.

Cuts out the middle-man.

If you do your PR right, cuts out the advertising.

Takes the chance out of the equation.

Very much less labor-intensive invoicing the government for 20 million of something rather than invoicing 10 million different people.

And easier because governments are not spending their own money the are provably more irresponsible than a person spending their own money, they don’t look as critically as a purchase as does a consumer.

Also a lot more wasteful as a consumer will very rarely buy 50 extra of something ‘in case they are needed. Let alone 500,000 of them like governments have been known to do.

This has nothing to do with Gates promoting his vaccine solutions via his health agencies to governments.
