Dr. Nikola Tesla

Dr. Nikola Tesla

“Nikola Tesla is 79 years old, and he is one of the true geniuses of this time. Nevertheless, twenty-odd newspapermen came away from his Hotel New Yorker birthday party yesterday, which lasted six hours, feeling hesitantly that something was wrong either with the old man’s mind or else with their own, for Dr. Tesla, serene in an old-fashioned Prince Albert and courtly in a way that seems to have gone out of this world, announced that:

1. He had discovered the so-called cosmic ray in 1896, at least five years before any other scientist took it up and twenty years before it became popular among scientists, and he is now convinced that many of the cosmic particles travel fifty times faster than light, some of them 500 times faster.

2. He has found a way to produce a direct electric current by induction and without the use of a commutator, which is something the experts in electricity have considered impossible for the past hundred years.

3. He has invented an “absolutely impossible” machine which will impart vibrations to the earth which, with proper receiving apparatus can be picked up anywhere on the earth’s surface, and that this mysterious machine will allow scientists to explore the deep interior of the earth, will enable practical geologists to discover gold, coal and petroleum, and at the same time will give ships the means of navigating without compass or sextant.

Dr. Tesla has 600 to 700 patents to his name. He invented the rotary field motor, and is admittedly the seer and father of all modern electrical development. As has been his custom for five years now, he arranged his own birthday party, drank only hot milk as his part of the celebration, and made his announcements with the superb certainty of a man who knew what he was talking about, even if none of his guests did.

He said, among other things, that he expects to have $100,000,000 within two years, and he revealed that an earthquake which drew police and ambulances to the region of his laboratory at 48 E. Houston St. in 1887 or 1888 was the result of a little machine he was experimenting with at that time which “you could put in your overcoat pocket.”

The bewildered newspapermen pounced upon this as at least one thing they could understand and “the father of modern electricity” told what had happened as follows:

“I was experimenting with vibrations. I had one of my machines going and I wanted to see if I could get it in tune with the vibration of the building. I put it up notch after notch. There was a peculiar cracking sound.

“I asked my assistants where did the sound come from. They did not know. I put the machine up a few more notches. There was a louder cracking sound. I knew I was approaching the vibration of the steel building. I pushed the machine a little higher.

“Suddenly all the heavy machinery in the place was flying around. I grabbed a hammer and broke the machine. The building would have been down about our ears in another few minutes. Outside in the street there was pandemonium. The police and ambulances arrived. I told my assistants to say nothing. We told the police it must have been an earthquake. That’s all they ever knew about it.”

Some shrewd reporter asked Dr. Tesla at this point what he would need to destroy the Empire State Building and the doctor replied:

“Five pounds of air pressure. If I attached the proper oscillating machine on a girder that is all the force I would need, five pounds. Vibration will do anything. It would only be necessary to step up the vibrations of the machine to fit the natural vibration of the building and the building would come crashing down. That’s why soldiers always break step crossing a bridge.”

His early experiments in vibration, he explained, led to his invention of his “Earth vibrating machine. Tall and thin and ascetic face, his eyes sunken but …. humorous under protruding brows, he was cagey about describing what his new machine is, although he believes it will be “the chief thing of my many inventions posterity will thank me for.“

Their destructive plan is working well. We the people need a coordinated anti-Plan. Here’s one:

Zinc

You’re probably hearing a lot about zinc supplements right now. It’s become a very popular way to boost your immunity. But do they really work?

For years, scientists have conducted studies on zinc. And for years they’ve gotten conflicting results. Some studies showed that zinc works. And some studies showed it doesn’t.

But recently, one group of researchers conducted a meta analysis of all the published studies on zinc. They discarded any studies with poor methodology. What they were left with were double-blind, placebo-controlled studies totaling 1,387 participants.

The researchers looked at all the different factors that could have affected the outcome of the studies – what kind of zinc, what form it was in, what dose… everything. When all was said and done, they finally had some answers about zinc that made sense.

Here’s what they discovered…

The BEST Form of Zinc You Should Take
There are several kinds of zinc that you can take. But only two kinds of zinc are actually shown to be effective.

The best kind is Zinc Acetate. It’s the only kind of zinc that consistently slashes the duration of symptoms in half. Zinc Gluconate was the second best choice, but zinc acetate worked much better.

None of the other kinds of zinc were effective.

Why are zinc acetate and zinc gluconate effective and other kinds aren’t? Because they both release zinc in the form of a positively charged ion. The ionic form is what makes the difference in whether zinc can work or not.

How does ionic zinc work? Well, ionic zinc helps your white blood cells fight. It boosts their production of interferon-gamma, which is your body’s primary defense.

Ionic zinc also stops invaders from spreading in your body. You see, invaders get into your cells by attaching to a microscopic molecule that moves between cells. The molecule is called ICAM-1. And if an invader attaches to it, ICAM-1 smuggles it inside the cell. Ionic zinc blocks this process and stops invaders from entering and infecting your cells.

And finally, ionic zinc helps minimize stuffiness, congestion, sneezing and a runny nose. How? It inhibits the release of histamines that trigger those symptoms. In other words, it behaves just like the things some people take when they want to get rid of a runny, stuffy, congested nose.

Once researchers learned that ionic zinc was more effective than non-ionic zinc, they wanted to know which compound was best at releasing zinc in its ionic form. They wanted to know what dose was effective. And they wanted to know which form was best.

As I mentioned above, they discovered that Zinc Acetate was best. Zinc acetate releases 100% of the zinc in an ionic form. Zinc gluconate was second best. It only releases 70% of its zinc in the ionic form.

The researchers also found that you need at least 75 mg of zinc acetate a day. And finally, they found that zinc is only effective when invaders are exposed to zinc for at least 20 minutes at a time.

Since zinc needs 20 minutes of exposure… pills, syrups, or sprays aren’t very effective. You need slow-dissolving tablets that release the zinc right where the invaders are.

Here’s What You Don’t Want In Your Zinc Remedy
Other common forms of zinc (zinc citrate, zinc glycinate, and zinc tartrate) release little to no ionic zinc. As a result, they are not effective.

And don’t be fooled by combinations, either. If you choose a product that combines zinc gluconate and zinc glycinate, you’re wasting your money.

Not only do you get less zinc gluconate per dose, the glycine interferes with the release of ionic zinc from the zinc gluconate. Only 57% of zinc is released in ionic form. That’s way less than the 70% released by zinc gluconate on its own.

And it’s even worse when manufacturers combine zinc gluconate with zinc citrate, zinc aspartate, or zinc tartrate. These combinations result in 0% of the zinc being released in ionic form. That’s right – zero. No wonder so many of these zinc remedies don’t work!

And finally, when you’re selecting lozenges, check for palm kernel oil and cottonseed oil. If either of these oils are in the ingredient list, don’t buy them. Why? Because they bind to zinc during the manufacturing process and prevent it from being released in ionic form.

Suddenly all of these conflicting study results make sense, right? As soon as I read the meta-study, I knew exactly what kind of zinc to recommend to my patients and readers – zinc acetate.

Zinc and copper are protagonists, ingesting both at the same time will reduce the absorption of each.

Zinc boosts melatonin levels so best to have it last thing at night. I take zinc, C, melatonin and quercetin last thing at night.

Zinc is an essential trace element which plays a role in enhancing immune system. Deficiency of zinc can impact immunity because it maintains barriers and develops both innate and adaptive immune systems.

As well as supporting the immune system, it enables the body to make proteins and DNA, contributes to wound healing, and plays a role in childhood growth and development.

Research found COVID patients with plasma zinc levels below 50 mcg/dl at admission had a 2.3 times greater risk of in-hospital death than those with a zinc level of 50 mcg/dl or higher.

Zinc deficient patients also had worse outcomes and higher rates of death. While 70.4% of zinc deficient patients developed complications, only 30% of those with sufficient levels developed complications.

Other recent research found COVID patients were more likely to be deficient in zinc than healthy controls.
