Shingles Vaccine Maker, Merck, Sued In Federal Court

Merck and Co. are being sued over Zostavax, their vaccine which is marketed as the “shingles vaccine” and is the source of millions in marketing and advertising. Following several cases against Merck whereas individuals claim injury from taking Zostavax, there are said to be even more cases in the works. The plaintiffs have sued in Pennslyvania federal courts.
“I think Merck has failed terribly … to warn about the very serious side effects and the failure of the vaccine to do what they claim it does,” attorney Marc Bern told FiercePharma.
Bern, founding partner at Marc J. Bern & Partners, said his firm has “thousands of complaints” yet to be filed in Philadelphia, with the injuries running “the gamut from contracting shingles as a result of the vaccine all the way to serious personal injuries such as blindness in one eye, individuals who have serious paralysis in their extremities, brain damage, all the way to death.”

For When You Stop Preaching To The Choir

Have you ever been in the unhappy situation of having tried to communicate your understanding of an issue to another person and had them refuse to look at what you are pointing out?

The key phrase in the preceding question is “refuse to look”.

Just read a brilliant article that explains why many (most?) people have difficulty communicating their observations to others.

And that is that some people (the few) look and some people (the many) follow orders.

Because the order follower does not observe for himself, he relies on received orders to tell him what to think, do and with what to agree. Celebrity endorsements, pronouncements form men in white coats: “my doctor told me”, “science says” or “the head of the government says” all need to be heeded because they emanate from “an authority”.

Never mind that the reason the person is in authority may be because they told more lies and promised to give away more of the other guy’s money to groups of which you are a member (politicians) or they may be scientists in the pay of special interest groups or doctors who make money if you follow their recommendations.

When an observer endeavours to communicate his observations to an order follower, if the observations contradict the order follower’s orders, the observations are rejected. Full stop. End of story.

This is the mechanism by which tyranny and authoritarianism reigns over the masses.The authoritarian influences merely by making definite statements and giving orders to the indoctrinated.

So here’s something with which to experiment. Instead of conversationally beating your head against a brick wall, try asking these questions:

What data do you have on the subject?
From where did you get that data?
If I could show you that data was incorrect or inaccurate or incomplete, would you be prepared to change your mind on the subject?

If they say no to that and you had time on your hands you could always ask their reason for holding fast to their false data.

After Natural News revealed the complete list of vaccine excipient ingredients published by the CDC earlier this week, the vaccine-pushing mainstream media exploded with accusations that falsely claimed Natural News was writing “fake news.” Some of the arguments backing this assertion included wildly uninformed opinions such as, “there’s no way the CDC would approve monkey kidney cells being injected into humans.”
Vaccine ingredient DENIALISM, it seems, is alive and well across the fakestream media.
As Natural News correctly reported, one of the many animal-derived ingredients used in vaccines and openly admitted by the CDC is African Green Monkey kidney cells. Apparently, this realization was just too much for the scientifically illiterate media (and wholly dishonest vaccine pushers) who insisted it couldn’t possibly be true.
Now, CDC has confirmed the Natural News story to be 100% accurate and true through several documents posted on the CDC website which openly admit that African Green Monkey kidney cells are used in vaccines approved by the CDC for immunizations across America.
Here’s the irrefutable proof, which also demonstrates that the mainstream media is pushing fake news about vaccines while Natural News is one of the very few journalism organizations that dares to publish real news about vaccines.
