What Would I Do?
I had the opportunity to talk to a number of people at the Mind Body Spirit over the weekend. A lot of it was about nutrition but a goodly portion of the time I was conversing with people on the causes of stress and how to handle it. I even helped one person identify what was her basic purpose in life. Being on your basic purpoe is one of the twelve factors in living the healthiest life you can lead. This post from Facebook is very germane to that.
