Effects of Vitamins D3 and K2

If you have read my book you would already know about this. But now that you are ready this, make it a target to act on. On of the most valuable tests you could get done at your next visit to the doctor is your D3 level.
In recent landmark research, Dr Michael Holick proved how low vitamin D levels can leave you vulnerable to an increased risk of diseases like osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, cancer and heart disease.
And in another 2 year study, postmenopausal women taking a combination of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 showed a significant improvement in lower spine bone marrow density — a strong predictor of osteoporosis.
The problem with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 is that our bodies simply don’t produce enough to help prevent bone fractures, bone weakness and osteoporosis…
Let’s face it, it’s almost certain that most of us are deficient in vitamin D3 and vitamin K2… meaning the day will come when this double deficiency will begin to take its toll… not just on your bone health, but on every other aspect of your health.
