Pet Vaccine Data

I’m SURE you are aware that the same quack-scenes are given to a fully grown 3 pound Teacup Chihuahua as to a fully grown 170 pound Great Dane.
I’m SURE you are aware that when titers are drawn, “immunity” from the most common canine and feline quack-scenes (recommended to be repeated annually) is almost always more than 7 years and most often lasts for life.
I’m SURE you are aware they now administer quack-scenes in tails or back legs for easier amputation options necessary from the resulting common tumors arising at the N-ject-shun site.
I’m SURE you are aware the average lifespan for nearly all dog breeds has diminished by 20-30% since 1960 and is directly proportionate to the ever increasing recommended quack-scene schedule.
I’m SURE you’re aware that more dogs perish annually from the Leptospirosis and Rattlesnake quack-scenes than from Lepto or Rattlesnakes.
I am SURE you’re aware that in 2004 my healthy 10 week old German Shepherd Dog puppy came home from his well-puppy quack-scene visit and within five hours he couldn’t stand and after racing him to the V-ette all his organs were failing and he was gone within 24 hours of his quack-scenes.
There was nothing the V-ette could do.
I just wanted to make SURE you were aware.

A Personal Eureka Moment On Sugars And Being Limber by Mark Changizi on Twitter

Over the last four or five years I have acquired pain in my knees, inner hip joint, ankles, and more generally am much slower to heal than I used to be. I could barely jog any longer, and many CrossFit movements — and real life movements — were becoming excruciating.

Independently I noticed I was having the standard signs of high blood sugar in spite of being on a low carb diet anyhow. I am in my 50s, and it makes sense that my insulin production ain’t what it used to be.

At first I didn’t connect the two, but after a few months of noticing the high sugar signs it occurred to me that perhaps they’re related.

I hypothesized that even mild chronic excess sugars can lead to less efficient capillary circulation.

And, I reasoned, the first parts of the body to experience trouble with poor circulation should be the least perfused parts.

That in fact was the case for me: all my pains were in my tendons. Not joints per se, not muscles, not nerves. All from tendons, which are inherently poorly perfused.

So, at Christmas I decided to do an experiment.

I drastically cut my carbs & fruits almost entirely (like, to one strawberry per day). And even my usual meals were split and eaten in two parts separated by several hours, the idea being that it’s not about the total sugars per day, but about keeping them at all times within what my pancreas can accommodate.

Within even two weeks the pain in my tendons was at 30% of what it had been.

Now, two months in, the pains are almost entirely gone. I am now the lithe and limber athlete I used to be. I had begun to feel old due to the pain, despite being very in shape. The “release” from what I initially took to be “getting older” has been exhilarating!

And it should only improve, because I suspect these injured tendons are still in the months-long process of healing.

I’m a scientist, not a medical doctor, so perhaps this is all now well appreciated in medicine. (Supposing my hypothesis is right at all!)

But I do not think it is well appreciated among us laymen the extent to which sugars and carbs over time deteriorate us. It first hits your low-perfused spots, but later everywhere. And that includes your heart, your organs, your genitalia and sex life, and of course your brain.

[An added advantage is that I lost ten pounds, and, for example, my six pack kinda sorta is beginning to show (although it’s at best a two pack).

I also found that changing one’s diet for athletic mobility was so much more motivating than for aesthetics.]

The top five cancer-fighting healthy fruits you should be eating

Cancer Fighitng Fruits

One of the interesting things about dealing with cancer naturally as opposed to conventionally is the fact that there are myriad ways to go about doing it. Physiologically speaking, one treatment might work better for one person, while another fares better for someone else − and the type of cancer involved also makes a huge difference. But the one element that nearly all natural treatments seem to have in common is diet, which is why it’s important to learn which foods exacerbate cancer and which foods help keep it at bay.

Bill Gates Set Up 20 Shell Companies to Hide Purchase of $113 Million of Nebraska Farmland

Bill Gates Farmingland

The limited liability companies, buried under layers of business names, overlapping employees and addresses in at least three states, form a network more tangled and opaque than the one created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is buying a giant amount of Nebraska ranch land.

Estate Planning Tips for the USA

IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE, put a beneficiary on all of your financial accounts like checking savings CDs, Life Insurance, investments etc. You don’t need a will for them to get to your money, just a death certificate. And make a list, preferably by hand instead of your computer, either give it to your trusted person, spouse or put it in your security box at the bank. If the person doesn’t know you have a savings account or a CD at XYZ Bank, they can never go get the money. Make sure you have a trusted person that is a signer on the security box at the bank.

IMPORTANT information to get your affairs in order!

Make sure all bank accounts have direct beneficiaries. The beneficiary need only go to the bank with your death certificate and an ID of their own.

TOD = Transfer On Death deed if you own a home. Completing this document and filing it with your county saves your heirs THOUSANDS. This document allows you to transfer ownership of your home to your designee. All they need to do is take their ID and your death certificate to the county building and the deed is signed over. Doing this will avoid the home having to go through probate.

Living Will: Allows one to put in writing exactly what you want done in the event you cannot speak for yourself when it comes to healthcare decisions as well as other final decisions.

Durable Power of Attorney: Allows one to designate a person to make legal decisions if you are no longer competent to do so.

Power of Attorney for Healthcare: This document allows one to designate someone to make healthcare decisions for them.

Last Will and Testament: Designates to whom personal belongings will go to, who the Administrator will be. But if you have a beneficiary on any of your financial accounts, that will override a will. For instance if you say I leave all of my possessions to my daughter Susie, but on your savings account the beneficiary is your best friend, then the money goes to your best friend.

Funeral Planning Declaration: Allows one to say exactly one’s wishes as far as disposition of the body and the services.

If the above documents are done, you can AVOID probate.

If all the above is not done, you have to open an estate account at the bank. All money that doesn’t have direct beneficiaries goes into this account. You have to have an attorney to open the estate account. The attorney also has to publicize your passing in the newspaper or post publication at the county court house, to allow anyone to make a claim on your property. – It’s a complete PAIN.

Make a list of all banks and account numbers, all investment institutions with account numbers, lists of credit cards, utility accounts, etc. Leave clear instructions as to how and when these things are paid.

Make sure heirs know where life insurance policies are located.

Make 100% sure SOMEONE knows your Apple ID, bank ID account logins and passwords!

Make sure you have titles for all vehicles, campers, etc!

Set up a TRUST for intended beneficiaries, especially those that are too young, and appoint a trustee of said trust.

MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!! – Talk with those closest to you and make all your wishes KNOWN. Talk to those whom you’ve designated, as well as those close to you whom you did not designate. – Do this to explain why your decisions were made and to avoid any lingering questions or hurt feelings.

Hope this helps! Hope this lights a spark to encourage all your friends and family to take care of these things to make it easier for those we all leave behind!

My hope is that the above list at least helps you start an important conversation with your loved ones…

REPOST-I did, it’s a very necessary conversation!
