Gluten-Free Breakfast Porridge Recipe

My wife ran out of her breakfast cereal so we made a batch Saturday for her. We did the following. Into a large mixing bowl we put
1 cup chia seeds soaked in 2 cups of water
1 cup of millet in 2 cups of water, simmer until water is gone then let cool before adding to the mix
Same for half a cup of quinoa in a cup of water
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 handful of organic diced apricots
1 handful of organic goji berries
2 dessert spoons of strawberry powder
Stir until mixed then put into resealable bags in freezer until the day of use. Thaw, heat and add blueberries for that extra antioxidant hit.
