Had a friend drop in and give me a whole bunch of garlic a week ago. Some were exhibitng shoots so I put them in soil on Tuesday and the shoots are already 4-5 inches high! I just planted 6 more garlic bulbs and some ginger.
At the rate we use garlic I might need to sow the whole back yard with it!
I do not need as much ginger as I go garlic so I might be able to stay ahead of my consumption with ginger!
