She was released from jail, but, true to her<br \/>\nstory, the drug owned her. They found her dead not long after, with the<br \/>\nneedle still in her arm.)<br \/>\nPlease keep praying for our Children, Teens, Young adults. Understand,<br \/>\nthis thing is worse than any of us realize…<br \/>\nMy Name: “Is Meth”<br \/>\nI destroy homes, I tear families apart, take your children, and that’s just the start.<br \/>\nI’m more costly than diamonds, more precious than gold,<br \/>\nThe sorrow I bring is a sight to behold.<br \/>\nIf you need me, remember I’m easily found,<br \/>\nI live all around you – in schools and in town.<br \/>\nI live with the rich; I live with the poor,<br \/>\nI live down the street, and maybe next door.<br \/>\nI’m made in a lab, but not like you think,<br \/>\nI can be made under the kitchen sink.<br \/>\nIn your child’s closet, and even in the woods,<br \/>\nIf this scares you to death, well it certainly should.<br \/>\nI have many names, but there’s one you know best,<br \/>\nI’m sure you’ve heard of me, my name is crystal meth.<br \/>\nMy power is awesome; try me you’ll see,<br \/>\nBut if you do, you may never break free.<br \/>\nJust try me once and I might let you go,<br \/>\nBut try me twice, and I’ll own your soul.<br \/>\nWhen I possess you, you’ll steal and you’ll lie,<br \/>\nYou do what you have to — just to get high.<br \/>\nThe crimes you’ll commit for my narcotic charms<br \/>\nWill be worth the pleasure you’ll feel in your arms,<br \/>\nyour lungs your nose.<br \/>\nYou’ll lie to your mother; you’ll steal from your dad,<br \/>\nWhen you see their tears, you should feel sad.<br \/>\nBut you’ll forget your morals and how you were raised,<br \/>\nI’ll be your conscience, I’ll teach you my ways.<br \/>\nI take kids from parents, and parents from kids,<br \/>\nI turn people from God, and separate friends.<br \/>\nI’ll take everything from you, your looks and your pride,<br \/>\nI’ll be with you always — right by your side.<br \/>\nYou’ll give up everything – your family, your home,<br \/>\nYour friends, your money, then you’ll be alone.<br \/>\nI’ll take and take, till you have nothing more to give,<br \/>\nWhen I’m finished with you, you’ll be lucky to live.<br \/>\nIf you try me be warned – this is no game,<br \/>\nIf given the chance, I’ll drive you insane.<br \/>\nI’ll ravish your body, I’ll control your mind,<br \/>\nI’ll own you completely, your soul will be mine.<br \/>\nThe nightmares I’ll give you while lying in bed,<br \/>\nThe voices you’ll hear, from inside your head.<br \/>\nThe sweats, the shakes, the visions you’ll see,<br \/>\nI want you to know, these are all gifts from me.<br \/>\nBut then it’s too late, and you’ll know in your heart,<br \/>\nThat you are mine, and we shall not part.<br \/>\nYou’ll regret that you tried me, they always do,<br \/>\nBut you came to me, not I to you.<br \/>\nYou knew this would happen, many times you were told,<br \/>\nBut you challenged my power, and chose to be bold.<br \/>\nYou could have said no, and just walked away,<br \/>\nIf you could live that day over, now what would you say?<br \/>\nI’ll be your master, you will be my slave,<br \/>\nI’ll even go with you, when you go to your grave.<br \/>\nNow that you have met me, what will you do?<br \/>\nWill you try me or not?
