Despite using a very wide range of nutrient dense foods as ingredients, I cannot get enough magnesium, calcium and potassium from the ingredients I use to get to 25% so I have to buy and use those minerals as supplements them to get to 25%.<\/p>\n<p>I only know this because for each of the 320+ ingredients with which I formulate my products I compute the total of each of 37 nutrients I measure to compare it with the RDI for your body.
