This was an agreement between the nobles of England and their king on the basis of how things should be run from a legal perspective from that day forward.<br \/>\nIt is worth reading in its entirety but it says that NO MAN shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without a trial by a jury of his peers.<br \/>\nBecause it also says that nobody has the power to legislatively take away these rights, they cannot be lawfully dispensed with.<br \/>\nBecause Magna Carta is the basis of our judicial system and has not been overturned, replaced, reversed or any any other way abrogated, IT STILL STANDS and is valid despite any legislation to the contrary because it is senior to legislation!<br \/>\nWhat this means is that EVERY administrative and judicial fine, foreclosure, incarceration or killing is illegal according to the basis of law in the UK, US and Australia, Canada and NZ.<br \/>\nThe we come to the US Constitution. It is the original, basic agreement on which the country is founded. It may only be amended under certain circumstances. A point which your current president know only too well, being a constitutional lawyer, but which, like Magna Carta, he criminally chooses to ignore.<br \/>\nSigned by representatives of the states, the Constitution is an agreement which grants certain specific and limited rights to a Federal government.
