If you are experiencing health issues for which your GP is merely prescribing drugs to mask the symptoms, I recommend you search for a Foundational Medicine practitioner in your area.<\/p>\n<p>Supplement with:<br \/>\n10,000 IU of D3 and 100 mcg K2<br \/>\nSupplement with DHEA<br \/>\n1,000 mg Vitamin C<br \/>\n1,200 IU Vitamin E<br \/>\n200 mg Selenium<br \/>\n50 mg Niacin 3 times a day<br \/>\n120 mg of CoQ10<br \/>\nAlpha Lipoic Acid<br \/>\nteaspoon of Nigella seeds (black cumin)<br \/>\nIncrease intestinal bacteria diversity with fermented foods, probiotics<\/p>\n<p>Eradicate or reduce as much as possible the following<br \/>\ninteresterified fats,<br \/>\nLinoleic acid<br \/>\nOmega 6 fatty acids<br \/>\nwheat<br \/>\nprocessed foods<br \/>\nsoy products<br \/>\nfood that is fried, grilled, dried, smoked or pasteurised (instead steam, stew or poach)<br \/>\nExposure to BPA (plastic water bottles and no carbon required receipts)<\/p>\n<p>Increase raw foods<br \/>\nResearch a calorie restricted diet<br \/>\nIf you are a heavy meat eater, reduce it, especially processed meats.
