That’s one egg per hour every hour for a whole month. All Those Eggs Did NOT increase LDL cholesterol, it actually dropped 20%! “I Hypothesized That Eating 720 Eggs In One month Would NOT Increase My LDL Cholesterol.” Dr Nick Norwitz, PhD Even though dietary intake of cholesterol more than quintupled, LDL cholesterol dropped 2% over the first 2 weeks, then it dropped another 18% over the subsequent 2 weeks. There is a mechanistic reason as to why dietary cholesterol has very little to do with, & most times has no impact, on serum cholesterol. This is due to the fact that when you eat cholesterol, the cholesterol binds to receptors on gut cells & this stimulates the release of a hormone called Cholesin. The hormone Cholesin binds to its receptor on the liver, called GPR146 & this inhibits endogenous cholesterol synthesis by the liver. This is the fascinating world of science & metabolism. Eggs are delicious, eggs are great nutrition, eggs are great protein, eat eggs… Complete metabolic findings & mechanisms can be found in the links below:

Full 8 Minute Video on YouTube https://youtu.be/bhUMUCoJOsc?si=mCwBli0XLoD1lLCQ…

The Lipid Energy Model Paper https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35629964/

Averaging 24 eggs per day for a total of 133,200mg of cholesterol.
