Based on the 1940s novel, Zorba The Greek is a ballet that tells the story of a young intellectual who escapes his life of dry books by meeting the charismatic and mysterious old man, Alexis Zorba. You can really see what it means to that erstwhile bored student to finally experience the world in all its glory.
