A brand new study published Thursday in the journal Science confirms that we live in the coolest time it\u2019s ever been on Earth over the last \u201c485 million years.\u201d<\/p>\n
The findings add important context to the so-called \u201cclimate change\u201d debate plagued by alarmism and exaggeration.<\/p>\n
A timeline featured in the study represents \u201cthe most rigorous reconstruction of Earth\u2019s past temperatures ever produced,\u201d The Washington Post (WaPo) reports.<\/p>\n
\u201cCreated by combining more than 150,000 pieces of fossil evidence with state-of-the-art climate models, it shows the intimate link between carbon dioxide and global temperatures and reveals that the world was in a much warmer state for most of the history of complex animal life,\u201d the WaPo article explains.<\/p>\n
