There I do 4 sets of these:<br \/>\n30 second sprint<br \/>\n25 star jumps\/jumping jacks<br \/>\n25 squats<br \/>\n25 dips<br \/>\n30 second wall sit<br \/>\n25 dips<br \/>\n5 burpees<br \/>\n25 mountain climbers<br \/>\n25 shoulder taps plank<br \/>\n25 pushups<br \/>\n30 second dead hang<br \/>\n20 pull ups<\/p>\n<p>with two minutes of different stretches between each set.<\/p>\n<p>I say that not to brag (my belly is doing more than enough of that for both of us!) just to indicate that if you feel you are in the third category, it is remedial!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I put on a bit too much weight while I was away so I upped my exercise regime aiming for that Norwegian 4 x 4 I mentioned a few newsletters ago.
