Kennedy was discussing the threat posed by bioweapons development, and the need to regulate this kind of research and \u201cresuscitate\u201d the 1972 international bioweapons charter that forbids most of it.<\/p>\n
Kennedy cited a 2020 scientific paper, which found that ethnic Chinese, Finns, and Ashkenazi Jews were the least susceptible to COVID-19, while people of African descent and Caucasians were the most susceptible, due to ACE2 and TMPRSS2 polymorphism variations.<\/p>\n
