IMHO this is a small portion of the truth. The first thing a person wanting to recover should do is stop ingesting that which is causing the problem, be it drugs, alcohol, sugar or toxins. (These toxins can be physical in air, food, water or spiritual\/mental, as in criticism or invalidation.)<\/p>\n
The second is to improve nutrition.<\/p>\n
