For instance a detox protocol for those who have been harmed:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomgrimshaw.com\/tomsblog\/?p=35644\">https:\/\/www.tomgrimshaw.com\/tomsblog\/?p=35644<\/a><\/p>\n<p>And as a result of helping people get over the trauma of lockdowns I came up with (what I thought was) a bright idea that anyone can apply to feel better and improve their own and others&#8217; situations:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bringorder.info\/English.html\">https:\/\/www.bringorder.info\/English.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>And listed things we can all do easily and should be helping others accomplish, like:<\/p>\n<p>Improve your diet and lifestyle to boost your immune system and reduce pharma profits (stop funding the enemy!)<br \/>\nEat more organic, locally grown food sourced from the farmer or small vendor.<br \/>\nBorrow less.<br \/>\nDon&#8217;t buy what you don&#8217;t need.<br \/>\nPay down your debt.<br \/>\nUse cash rather than plastic or direct transfer as much as you can.<br \/>\nBuy craft type presents rather than plastic gee gaws.<br \/>\nBuild up to a 1 then 3 then 6 month supply of food (and loo paper) in your pantry.<br \/>\nIncrease your skill set and raise your competence in survival skills.<br \/>\nEach week, practice some form of creativity &#8211; writing, painting, drawing, playing an instrument, cooking, gardening, sculpting, origami, building, write a computer program etc.<br \/>\nEach day, take a walk and look at things.
