For those not following the jargon:<\/p>\n<p>1. There are reasons for cognitive decline<br \/>\n2. Those reasons are identifiable and treatable.<br \/>\n3. There have been 5 primary causes identified by the research.<br \/>\n4. His recommendation is to start by getting an assessment done. Your primary care doctor is probably the best place to start. If he or she doesn&#8217;t know about it can&#8217;t find the information, contact the presenters group or provide your physician with their information.<br \/>\n5. Although the 5 causes are different with different treatment protocols, EVERYONE should be:<\/p>\n<p>A. Exercising.<br \/>\nB. Reducing blood sugar spikes by eliminating highly processed, high carbohydrate &#8220;foods&#8221;.<br \/>\n\u00c7. Getting enough quality sleep consistently<br \/>\nD. Identifying vitamin d deficiency and getting proper nutritional support (testing done by physician).<br \/>\nE. Reduce anything that leads you to chronic inflammation. Increase meditation, relaxation, visualisation and stimulate your mind with reading, puzzles or anything the stimulates cognition.<\/p>\n<p>F. Take care of your oral health.<br \/>\nG.
