When you miss the dress rehearsal and your choreographer forgets to show you the new moves\u2026<\/p>\n

This dance routine \u2013 \u2018When Ballet goes Wrong\u2019 \u2013 is a genius piece of comedy.<\/p>\n

A group of ballerinas at the\u00a0Vienna State Opera<\/a>\u00a0in Austria performed the routine, officially called\u00a0The Concert (or The Perils of Everybody)<\/em>, which was created and choreographed by NYC ballet master Jerome Robbins.<\/p>\n

Robbins is widely considered the greatest American-born choreographer of the 20th century. He played a crucial role in the New York City Ballet and has choreographed some of the greatest Broadway shows including\u00a0West Side Story<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Fiddler on the Roof.<\/em><\/p>\n

In the parody video,\u00a0ballet<\/a>\u00a0dancers fall out of time with each other, forget their moves, stand in the wrong place and passive-aggressively elbow each other.<\/p>\n

The best part? It\u2019s all performed to the sound of\u00a0Chopin<\/a>\u2019s \u2018Mistake\u2019 Waltz in E minor.<\/p>\n
