I asked him what he noticed and his response was, &#8220;More lasting energy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I asked what time of day he was taking it. I try to drink nothing between 6 and 10:30 pm when I aim to head off to bed. (Apparently if you have a glass of water before retiring it reduces your chance of heart attack overnight.
